Tavis Doucette is an audiobook narrator and professional union actor with over 15 years of experience on stage, screen, and in repertory theater. Holding a BA in Theatre Performance from Wagner College, Tavis brings a deep theatrical foundation, grounded authenticity, and a sharp sense of comedic timing to every project. More recently, he has expanded his vocal footprint into voice dubbing and has had a prolific run in the booth, completing 15 titles in just 14 months.
A recent graduate of Sean Pratt’s Nonfiction Narration coaching program, Tavis excels at transforming complex, information-heavy texts into compelling, human-driven narratives. Listeners and creators frequently describe his vocal delivery in three words: Confident, Curious, and Crafty.
Operating out of a professional home studio with a consistent -60dB noise floor, Tavis delivers clean, market-ready audio built for seamless production workflows.
When he isn't in the booth, Tavis is a cheeky New Englander living in Los Angeles, an avid outdoorsman, skier, marathoner, and long-time Dungeon Master for Dungeons & Dragons. He also serves as a Cub Scout Den Leader and a full-time wrangler of his two delightful "monsters" at home.
